You can access the details of one of your orders from your customer area. You will find below the steps to follow to retrieve this information.
Click on the customer area icon in the menu at the top right of your screen.
Enter your e-mail address and password, then click on the "Login" button.
In your customer area, in the "My orders" block, click on the "View" button to access your order history.
Finally, click on the "View" button on your order to access its full details.
