Delivery charges
You will find below all the information concerning the different rates for your Animalis.com delivery:
To your home: €5 for all orders totalling less than €49
In-store delivery and Click&Collect: it's free!
Delivery is free for orders over €49 (excluding marketplace products and additional management fees).
Additional handling charges
For logistical and/or technical reasons, your order may be sent in several parcels depending on the items chosen (bulky, heavy or fragile). For any order exceeding 30 kilos and/or containing an item requiring special handling, a flat rate of €4.99 will be applied once, in addition to the delivery charge.
